Appearance
Standing at a slightly hunched 5’9 and clad in worn but well-taken care of robes, Father Frances is a man of simple stature. His thin hair and thick beard, now both held eternally in a salt & pepper look, sit well-groomed upon his head. While old both before and now after his turning, years of sunlight before his undeath has given him a healthy tan, and even somewhat imbued him with a healthy blush that helps aid him in mingling with mortals. Always present upon his person is his equally aged Bible, dog-eared and annotated from his many studies.
History
Once apart of clan Lasombra, Frances turned away from his fellows in his mission to create equality within the Kindred, in hopes of bringing a semblance of peace in the lives of his fellow undead. He now helps run The Blessed Sacrament, in the day holding sermons and lectures for his mortal flock, and at night offering balms and services to fellow Kindred. All are welcome to his aid, though now he finds himself allied with the Anarchs due to their more positive reception to Catiffs and thin-bloods.
Recent History
Frances was recently involved in the capture of Barry Brickhouse1. Since then, he has dutifully attended to The Cathedral of Blessed Sacrament2.
