A Tzimisce rescued from Oswald Foxglove’s lab where he was being experimented on, Roy has gone on to ingratiate himself within the Anarchs as a watchful member of the Thin Blood Coalition, under the employ of Ally Barnes. He is presently in a relationship with Sam, much to Gabriela’s chagrin.
