An emissary of the Banu Haqim from Persia, Kabir is the clan representative on the Primogen Council. A dignified warrior who strictly abides by the Laws of Haqim, Kabir has mobilized the disparate warriors from each Camarilla clan into a formidiable fighting force. In doing so, he aims to demonstrate the usefulness of his clan to the Camarilla, earning the Banu Haqim more power in Sacramento and greater influence in the sect’s politics. However, after surviving a recent Sabbat assassination attempt, Kabir has not fully recovered, his injury seemingly beyond that of a Kindred’s innate ability to heal.
Recent History
At present, Kabir’s state has been largely ignored by the Primogen Council1 as well as the Prince, despite the rapid reshaping of the Anarchs into a more organized group of warriors2.
