After dropping off the Ventrue goons from earlier (see 1 - Raid on Sac History Museum), Gabriela made her way to Zora’s apartment. She was injured and, when asked, told Gabriela of the events at Crocker Art, which the Anarchs had recently captured. Her and her soldiers’d repelled the Anarchs with little help from the Toreador they were working for.
“You wanna know what Joey said to me after? Not bad. As if her band of degenerates lifted a finger to help. They charmed one hapless thin-blood, while me and my soldiers cut three ghouls and two caitiffs to pieces.” ~ Zora to Gabriela
When Gabriela told her of Barry’s capture, Zora expressed she’d half a mind to throw her hat in the ring to be the next Sheriff. But they both knew that would never happen. The Banu Haqim were not highly respected within the Camarilla. Primogen Kabir was injured by the Sabbat and it seemed none outside their clan cared or was willing to do anything about it.
In better news, Gabriela had found a lead on the city’s Tzimisce. They agreed not to inform Kabir until they had a more solid connection, but it was a start.
