He has established professional relationships with affluent businessmen, municipal and state politicians, and respected religious and community leaders, all who seem to owe him favors. Shrewd, manipulative, and grossly wealthy, Mark primarily bankrolls the Camarilla’s efforts to maintain power in the region, ensuring the coffers of war never run dry. However, rumors from undisclosed Kindred have suggested that Sacramento’s Ventrue secretly finance the Anarchs’ war effort, and that Mark plays both sides against one another.
He looks to be in his 50s. Slick greying hair, deep lines in his face, stoic resting expression. His cologne is heavy and slightly unpleasant.
