A vocal organizer championing the Free States, is the aspiring Baron of Sacramento. Loud and brash, Kiri commits the Anarchs to all-out war against the Camarilla, believing them to be a vile rot that must be purged. Rather than conducting warfare from a distance, Kiri fights directly on the front lines and is personally responsible for delivering Final Death to over a dozen Kindred just in the past few months. However, the Anarchs worry that Kiri’s extremism are frightening neutral parties into joining up with the Camarilla, a result the Camarilla are all too happy to see.
