When Kaveh returned to his blacksmith he found his sire, Don Valentin Cabrera, waiting for him. Their conversation was that of a father and son, and only after taking some time to catch up did they turn to matters of politics. Don Valentin wanted to convince Kaveh to stop working for the Anarchs as they were using his weapons for the same reasons as the kindred that caused him to leave the Camarilla. They didn’t see eye to eye in the end, and Kaveh was wary of Kiri Sol and her approach to the war, but he was loyal not to Kiri but to Thalia Kairos. They smiled as they parted, promising to see each other again someday soon.
