Description
An animal rights activist, represents the Gangrel in Sacramento. Tactical and cunning, Javier commands the Gangrel to vigilantly patrol the city’s outskirts, denying outside aid to the Camarilla and keeping aid flowing to the Anarchs. Javier harbors a personal vendetta against Reginald of the Malkavians, whose cattle farms he believes are unethical, and is quick to dismantle them. It is no secret that Javier heavily dislikes working alongside Anoush of the Ravnos, and the Camarilla hope to enflame tension between the two men.
