A self-proclaimed humanitarian, is the Malkavian representative on the Primogen Council. Seeking to make feeding safer and more humane in Sacramento, Reginald has created a sophisticated network of blood donation facilities and livestock farms to feed the Camarilla. However, the scale of Reginald’s grandiose projects exceeds what the Camarilla are willing to fund in this time of war, spurring the desperate visionary to search for a miracle. Reginald’s search has taken him to many dangerous and highly contested regions of the city, exposing him to the front lines of the war. Despite this, the ambitious, optimistic Malkavian firmly believes his miracle will soon manifest.
