Calimastia received an invitation from Carrie insisting she join Roger, Katherine, and their proteges for bingo night at Roger’s. Katherine confused Calimastia initially with Micah, and continued to talk about him throughout the night.
Roger tries to explain. “Micah’s our last member of our coterie. He vanished in 2002. Haven’t seen him sense.” Carrie interjects: “That Setite freak Neres had something to do with it!”
Back in the 60s, they were all into the occult, wanted to live forever, and ended up embraced around the same time. Thus, they became The Golden Oldies. They were Anarchs, or at least in the classical sense.
Carrie sighs. “Don’t I know it. Look, I really sympathize with the ‘new’ Anarchs. The Camarilla has so many problems, and the Beckoning gives everyone an opportunity to make change. But we each helped Jeremy MacNut take San Francisco back in the 70s, and it all went so wrong. Shovelheading, violating the actually useful traditions, turning the city into a forever turf war. I don’t want to see this happen to Sacramento.”
Things fell apart for The Golden Oldies sometime in the 90s. Roger left to find himself, Carrie returned to San Francisco to try and do Anarch praxis the right way, the turn of the century wasn’t particularly kind to Katherine, and Micah vanished soon after. Apparently, they’d only really been brought back together thanks to Calimastia forcing them to mentor the goons she’d apprehended1.
The mentee goons, however, didn’t seem to share the same thanks. Freddie, the Brujah spoke about his super cool sire from LA who no one’s ever heard of, Kenny the Firefist. Kyle, the Gangrel, talked about his sire, Liam and how he was the toughest Gangrel in Sacramento save for Javier2. When the bingo game concluded, Rohan, the Ravnos asked if they could leave yet.
Calimastia agreed to find Micah, or at least do her best. And she had an open invite to bingo night, every Thursday. Katherine informed her his last name was Piers, and that people used to call him The Dragon.
As an OOC note, as a reward Calimastia was granted 1 XP, but more importantly the ability to reroll her next failed Conscience roll.
