Calimastia confronted the man, shook him down for three business credit cards, and let him off. Apparently Micah was in LA, at the behest of Neres. Then she met with the snake herself.
Calimastia said that Micah would be returning to Sacramento and she didn’t want any harm to befall him. Neres taunted her, setting off the chip on Calimastia’s shoulder which resulted in a warning to never return to the museum.
On her way to the Sterling Hotel, Calimastia stopped by a public phone to call one of the businesses, asking about Micah and being immediately shut down.
