Thalia met with Ally Barnes to ask about a request regarding the capture of one Oswald Foxglove. It turned out that Oswald was no small target. In fact, he’d been responsible for, and even taken pride in poisoning and killing over a dozen thin bloods.
Since Oswald was a Nosferatu it would be difficult finding him, but Ally had an in. Ryu, another Nosferatu, had been taking people to safety with the thin bloods. Thalia met with him and he confirmed that Oswald was a monster. He told her that he worked in an underground area of a condemned research lab on the outskirts of the city, but it was more thoroughly trapped than the house from Home Alone.
Finally:
“If you do kill Oswald and live to tell the tale, there’s something I’ll ask that you take from him.” “There is some sort of tool he’s put in his body that makes his body…the way it is.” Ryu says with disgust in his tone. “Bring it to me, so we can destroy it together.”
