Ember returned to the car in a panic, finding Jensen. She told him to drive, but he hesitated. He was unwilling to leave Kaveh behind. He began driving anyways and called up Thalia, who’d just gotten out of a conversation with Neres and Kingsnake1.
She didn’t have much information for them, as she was taken out of the fight almost immediately by The Talon. Finally, Jensen asked if she could keep an eye out for Father Bernard. He suspected he might be responsible.
