Thalia and Gabriela were both out on the streets of Sacramento one night, looking to enforce their definition of justice. Thalia, knowing Gabriela to be a Camarilla stopped her. She’d already caught a few of her sect skulking around trying to feed on innocents. She wanted to confirm Gabriela wasn’t trying to do the same. The conversation grew more tense from there, with Thalia intent on making her case for the Anarchs. Gabriela didn’t seem particularly receptive, but did ask about orphans. Some did take them in, and at least with Thalia there was no expectation to join the cause. As they parted, Gabriela asked who this land belonged to, to be answered at a later date.
